Tender description
The Trust is bound by its Constitution to appoint independent returning officers who shall ensure the full and proper organisation of elections. The Contract will be for the provider to service the scheduled elections as returning officer due to take place in 2013. In addition to scheduled elections the tender should describe a flexible approach to facilitate any by-election that may arise during the life of the contract.
