Ratoath College wishes to tender for supply and cover of School Text Books for duration of school year 2013. List provided is not an exhaustive list, books will be ordered throughout the year, as required. Single Stage Bid Process. CONDITIONS: Must provide min.standards; 3 mth.min. Credit Facility; Provide & Honour general Returns Policy; Rep. assigned & avail. to school; Guarantee timely delivery of all stock to the school, within 5 days of order; provide Book Covering Service for all Text Books (*Price to include covering), flexible to meet changing demands of school. Service History Record - rate of returns from Customers; Penalty will apply- late deliveries. Approx.Estimate for 2013 Book Spend €15k.
