Copenhagen: Estate Rationalisation Project (Works) Contract Ref. No. 08112 Expression of Interest for Contractors The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) is seeking suitably experienced contractors to tender for the Estate Rationalisation project at the British Embassy, Copenhagen. There are two possible options for the Estate Rationalisation project. To tender for these options, contractors will either tender for two separate contracts or will submit one bid with two options. The FCO will make clear its preferred procurement strategy at the tender stage. The two options, known as option 2 and option 3, are: Option 2: Works to 2 No. properties to accommodate for the relocation of staff from one building to another. Minor works are required to the office to accommodate staff. The vacated property will require full refurbishment for the conversion into a new residence. Work includes minor works, stripping out, some refurbishment and repairs and M&E works. Option 3: Looks to rationalise the estate by relocating office functions, which are currently dispersed across three buildings, into one building. Works will comprise of essential maintenance works to one building. The other building will require full refurbishment for the conversion into a new residence.
