Facilities Management Tender - Contract Award

Tender description

Tenders are invited to act as Managing Agent for Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) for their premises on Crofton Road Dun Laoghaire Co. Dublin. This contract will be for 21 months (twenty-one months). The Client reserve the right to cancel the contract at any point giving one months notice should the successful tender not meet the standards as set out in the Contract and SLA . A detailed specification of requirements is set out in Section 2 of this document. Key Services include: Financial Administration and Quarterly Reports, Tenant Liaison including Rent Collection and service charge budgeting and management (including building insurance). Project Management, Security & Porter Management Services, Contract Administration and contract tendering for best value for all building services, including but not excluding, Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes and Building Fabric Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Environmental Monitoring, Landscape Maintenance.
