Contract X7005 Occupational Health Services (the “Contract”) generally comprises the following: Services: CRL are seeking to appoint an Occupational Health Service Provider (OHSP) to carry out the following services: • Core reactive OH Services; • Core preventative OH Services; and • Non-core additional OH Services. Core Services will be those services that CRL will require the OHSP to provide on a recurring basis throughout the term. Core Services are likely to comprise the following range of activities: • Pre-placement questionnaires and any related Specialist/GP report requests, telephone and or face to face consultations; • Pre- placement health checks/surveillance inline with statutory requirements and (CBH) Industry standards where appropriate. These may include audiometry, spirometry, visual acuity, mental health assessment, urinalysis etc; • Health surveillance reviews/follow-ups/recalls (PTS medicals, safety critical worker etc) • Night workers assessments; • Drug and Alcohol testing for pre-placement (ideally before commencement), random, and with cause; • Access for further referral to drug rehabilitation and support services; • Management referrals for; Sickness absence (short and long term), return to work rehabilitation, individuals in the workplace with health concerns, performance relating to health condition, reasonable adjustment considerations; • Supporting accident investigations where individual has sustained an injury; • Management coaching/training i.e. when to refer, what OH service provides, fatigue management etc; • Health Promotion to include;  Campaigns – office based and delivered via Intranet to include healthy eating, diet and nutrition advice, smoking cessation courses  Health/Lifestyle screening  Health themed toolbox talks • Regular service level agreement meetings; • Compiling regular reports detailing activity and achievements; and • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of
