Spend for 2012/13 is £9,801.23 Spend for 2013/14 is £542.57 Spend for 2014/15 is £11,190.20 Spend for 2015/16 is £11,123.22 Spend for 2016/17 is £10,947.83 Spend for 2017/18 is £16,890.50 Spend for 2018/19 is £16,904.00 Spend for 2019/20 is £17,392.00 (April '19 to Jan '20) - Calibration/Maintenance £10,392.00 & Repairs £7,000.00 Annual PO 2020/21 Servicing £10,904 / Repairs £7,340 for 8 Custody machines. It should be noted there is a *5% price increase just on the service/calibration/gases elements for the coming year (+£544), the other priced elements have remained the same as last year. As in previous years, two POs please, one for the servicing/calibration/gases and one for repairs. a) A single PO to cover the service/calibration contract, gas administration etc. for the year. *£11,448.00 ex VAT b) A 2nd blanket PO to cover fault call outs, repairs & replacement parts through the year £7,340.00 ex VAT
