Tender description

Article 17 of the EU Habitats Directive obliges Ireland to report on the conservation status of all habitats listed on the Directive. The next report is due in June 2013. A standardised methodology for assessing conservation status has been devised1. NPWS is calling for tenders to assess the conservation status of Alkaline fen (7230), Cladium fen (7210) and Transition mire (7140) using all available information.
