SP - Intensive Lifeskills and Resettlement Housing-Related Support Service

Tender description

A Supporting People service for people who are homeless (including ex-offenders). The service is to provide an accommodation based intensive lifeskills support service and a resettlement service for individuals moving on to independent accommodation. The provision of the service will be on a block contract basis with an intended commencement date of February 2012. The current service is provided under two contracts currently providing intensive and lifeskills accommodation based support services to individuals experiencing homelessness. The new service will group the properties together as one contract. The new service will provide a total of 231 hours of intensive lifeskills and resettlement support per week within supported accommodation. The units of accommodation where support is provided may change during the life of the contract. This will depend on the availability and suitability of accommodation in the city.
