RPA requires an externally hosted service to process the RPA's employee payroll for a five year period.The Agency has approximately 290 staff that are paid monthly. A small number of these staff receives allowances for subsistence and overtime. From time to time the Agency will hire temporary staff for short periods and these staff will be paid through the bureau facility.RPA require that our payrolls be processed by an accredited payroll bureau.The prospective suppliers must be able to clearly demonstrate that their organisation is capable of supporting RPA over the duration of the contract in this vital area with competent persons and appropriate levels of back up to guarantee continuity of accurate and complete payroll processing and same day response times for critical matters.
