Provision of Internal Audit Services to include:- an analysis on the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal controls and an objective evaluation the financial and operating systems- refinement of the risk register and provision of a risk management strategy report- development of an internal audit work programme and operation of the internal audit function- attendance at Audit Committee meetings to provide internal audit updates
