Tender description
LBBD are seeking consultants with knowledge and experience of identifying and unlocking the potential of assets. The Council and CAP are keen to consider innovative proposals however there will be an overriding objective of achieving some or all of the CAP outputs set out in paragraph 2.2. Clearly the economic circumstances in terms of the national economy and the local property market need to be considered.
