Re-TenderThe aim of this tender is to animate the micro-enterprise sector in SWMDC’s area of operations under these headings and within the applicable EU definition of micro-enterprise. It is through this work that we hope to increase the number of micro-enterprise grant applications under the Rural Development Programme (RDP). The animation programme will target those already in the business and those hoping to start a new business requiring a significant start-up investment.The key RDP headings applicable to the micro-enterprise sector are:- Diversification into Non-Agricultural Activities- Business Creation & Development- Encouragement of Tourism ActivitiesSWMDC will provide the winning tenderer with an overview of micro-enterprise eligibility criteria and the capital grants available under the RDP.
