Tender description

the provision of 10 sub-acute rehabilitation beds, providing generic rehabilitation, usually following an acute episode of care for either emergency or elective treatment. This will also include the provision of sub-acute beds for patients who have had Cerebro Vascular Accidents (CVAs).This group of patients should be managed under the stroke pathway and associated services, which this new service would contribute to. There may also be a requirement to admit patients who are in need of rehabilitation, directly from the community.
