Beaumont Hospital proposes to engage in a competitive process for the appointment of a Building Works Contractor and PSCS under the Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Employer.The main body of the works relates to three rooms within St Brigid’s Ward summarised as follows:1 – Refurbishment of 2 bed EMU into a 3 bed General Ward Bay2 – Refurbishment of 6 bed General Ward Bay C into a 4 bed EMU3 – Minor refurbishment of existing Conference RoomThe scope of the Contract will include the remodelling, refurbishment and upgrade of the existing bedrooms, ensuites, bed head services and general area to the EMU, Ward Bay C and the Conference Room in addition to the installation of necessary cabling to facilitate specialist equipment. The equipment will be installed by others at a later date.
