Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced healthcare provider organisations or consortia interested in being invited to tender for the provision of recovery focused substance misuse services at HMP Lewes. HMP Lewes is a Category B Local prison serving Sussex courts. The contract is expected to be awarded by the end of June 2012, with an effective start date of 1 October 2012. Duration of contract is 36 months. The value of the contract will be in the region of £3.3 million over the three years of the contract. NHS East Sussex Downs and Weald is operating an electronic procurement process. Interested parties wishing to participate must register their details on the NHS Commercial Solutions website to gain access to further information (Memorandum of Information), and obtain the documents to be completed and returned for consideration (Prequalification Questionnaire) by no later than 17:00 hours on Friday 2nd March 2012.
