Development of 27 serviced pitches at Dunmore East, co. Waterford.PROJECT SUBJECT TO OBTAINING GRANT FUNDINGALL CONTRACTORS TO PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING:Minimum standards and qualification are required1) Contract is intended to be awarded to a single main contractor and works shall be completed in accordance with attached detailed specification and bill of quantities.2) This is an open tender contract notice therefore any contractor may wish to apply.3) All tenders are liable for their own costs of tendering and no remuneration shall be provided in respect of this.4) The contract will be the Short Public Works Contract available at www.construction procurement.ie.5) The Contract will not be awarded on the basis of lowest price, tenders shall be scored based on the headings outlined below(14). Price shall however have a min overall weighting of 50%.6). The successful applicant will be appointed Works Contractor and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) on the project in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations.7) It is a condition precedent to the award of the Contract that the successful Tenderer will provide:a) A current tax clearance certificate or in the case of a non-resident Contractor a statement of suitability on tax grounds from the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland.b) Evidence showing that they are in compliance with the registered employment agreement (Construction Industry Pensions Assurance and Sick Pay).c) Proof of Insurances: Minimum level of €6.5million Public Liability Insurances and €13million Employers Liability.d) Evidence of annual turnover of last three years. (The onus rests with the Tenderer to check the completeness of the documents downloaded.
