Crawley Borough Council is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide the following works: The tender is for general professional advice regarding the councils property portfolio and will include work on new leases, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuation advice and work in connection with the disposal or acquisition of property assets. The PQQ pack will contain details of evaluation criteria and the Council will invite up to a maximum of 6 candidates to tender. Deadline for expressions of interest and supplier questions is at 12 noon 30th April 2012. Deadline for submission of PQQs is at 12 noon 8th May 2012. Contractors wishing to express an interest must do so in writing to Business Support & Admin Team, Property Division, Crawley Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1UZ or email property@crawley.gov.uk
