Tender description

This project involves the installation of a new Low Pressure Hot Water (LPHW) System boiler house system which will replace an existing Medium Temperature Hot Water (MTHW) boilers and the installation of a new CHP Unit and all associated equipment and heat exchangers. The installation must be programmed, planned and carried out in such a manner to ensure that the heating system remains operational at all times, with no impact on occupants in the leisure facility.The successful contractor will be required to carry out the role of Project supervisor construction stage (PSCS) and will be required to comply with the safety, Health and Welfare at work Act 2005It is anticipated that the project will commence in early May 2011 and it is anticipated that the period of construction will be approximately 8 weeks.
