The new National Forensic Mental Health Service Facilities will consist of a 120 Bed New Adult Forensic Hospital (NAFH) to replace the Central Mental Hospital [CMH] in Dundrum; a 10 bed Forensic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit (CAMH-F); a 10 bed Forensic Mental Health Intellectual Disability Unit (MHID-F) and a 30 bed Forensic Intensive Care Rehabilitation Unit (ICRU-F) co-located within the secure campus on the grounds of St Ita’s, Portrane, Co.
