Tender description

Deliver a Visitor Catering Service in Doneraile Court and Demesne, Doneraile, Co. Cork. The tearoom is situated on the ground floor of the building adjacent to the courtyard. The total area of the tearoom is 138 square metres comprising the tearoom 50 square metres; the adjoining servants Hall of 35 square metres and the external Patio A of 53 square metres. Doneraile Park is open from 8.00 to 17.00 in winter and from 8.00 to 20.00 in summer, seasonal changes as per summer time/winter time. The minimum opening hours of the catering service will be Wednesday –Sunday, 10.00 – 18.00 summer and 10.00 to 17.00 in winter.This tender process will lead to award of an initial 6 month contract under licence agreement in Doneraile Court and Demesne, Doneraile County Cork. The option to extend for a further period will be at the discretion of Ballyhoura Development Ltd and the OPW.
