Tender description
The IAA has a requirement for the replacement of its current paper based theoretical knowledge examination system with an electronic system. The IAA is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced entities to provide a commercial off-the-shelf, web based, on-line system to support theoretical examinations for Pilots of different catagories of aircraft and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
