Tender description
As part of its enforcement and monitoring activities, the EPA intends to carry out product inspections over the next three years to check compliance with various specified restricted substances legislation. The EPA is seeking to establish a 3 year single party framework - Enforcement Support Framework – Product Compliance Monitoring and Related Activities - for various aspects of product monitoring.
