Tender description

Crawley Borough Council is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide the following works: Crawley Borough Council & Mid Sussex District Council are acting together to establish separate contracts for Asset Valuation Services. The service will require annual evaluations and advice for inclusion in the councils’ annual financial reports. The work will comprise valuations of the Tenanted Non-Residential Property, other Land and Property as well as the Housing Stock owned by Crawley. Annually advice will be needed regarding IFRS, impairments and material changes. This will be an open tender, the deadline for expressions of interest is 12 noon 14th May 2012.
