Tender for the Supply delivery, installation, commissioning of Haematology analysers

Tender description

The Children’s University Hospital now invites tenders for the replacement of Qty 2 Haematology analysers. See specification attached.The Replacement analysers must meet European Community regulations and safety requirements before they can be used in the Haematology Laboratory in the Children’s University Hospital. The analysers should be CE marked to the European in Vitro Diagnostic Directive, which encompasses the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Safety Directives.The selected Analysers need to be; a multiparameter, automated haematology analyser designed for in vitro diagnostic use in counting and characterising blood cells. They should be a Class I Laser product per IEC 60825-1 (1993) designed to analyse EDTA-anticoagulated blood..-Equipment to comply with appropriate national standards, EC standards including CE labelling - In Vitro Diagnostic Directive (IVD) 98/79/EC. The equipment should be CE marked.-The analysers should preferably be self contained bench-top or stand alone units without external power or pneumatic modules
