Tender description
It is proposed to undertake a sustained programme of animation over a twelve-month period which will further develop and promote the Ballina/Killaloe Business Association, co-ordinate and direct the successful delivery of some of the projects planned by BKBA for 2012, promote Ballina/Killaloe as a business location and engender a sense of community and cross-promotion in the twin towns.This will take the form of a training needs analysis of existing business in the towns giving rise to the delivery of a series of training seminars customised to local needs. The animator will co-ordinate and deliver some of the key projects identified by the BKBA for 2012 – a Killaloe Cookbook to promote local restaurants, a Food & Fashion weekend and a corporate brochure that will promote Ballina/Killaloe as a business location. Furthermore, the animator will enhance the association’s communications not only with its membership but also with local and regional media and other relevant agencies.
