Dublin City Council invited tenders from interested parties for a licence to operate a Farmers Market / Arts & Crafts Market in the Courtyard in the Red Stables, St. Anne’s Park, off Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin 3.The Red Stables is located within St. Anne’s Park, and has been adapted from the former Tudor-style stable buildings, to accommodate a Café, artists & craft workers studios, an exhibition space, and two artists residential studios.The term of this agreement will be initially for a period of three years with the option of being extended for a further two years.
