One year contract with up to 3 one year extensions to provide the following:On-site support of key IT hardware systems in RSA offices nationwideOn-site support of key IT hardware systems in additional test centres which may be connected to the RSA IT network in the futureAd-hoc support services for key IT software solutions as and when required by the RSA.
