Tender description
Construction of a new three storey secondary school building and sports hall ( 2,379 square metres) and refurbishment of existing school buildings (3,000 square metres approx.) and associated site works. Note: A portion of the new build and site works (approximately 20% of the overall project) has been completed to date prior to the termination of the previous contract with the original main contractor.
