Tender description
The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission invited proposals from interested parties for the provision of primary legislative drafting services for private members (i.e members who are not Ministers).The intention was to provide a resource for private members for the drafting of primary legislation, or Bills, in accordance with those members’ parliamentary and Constitutional prerogatives.
