Provision of full design team services associated with the design and construction of maintenance/refurbishment works projects for a fixed term of one year with option to extend for a further one year to include architect, civil & structural engineer, building services engineer, quantity surveyor, landscape architect, PSDP and PSCS and fire engineering. Each discipline will be appointed individually.
