Tender description

This Tender is in relation to the Mechanical Enabling Works package for the proposed two storey extension to Kevin O'Malley House. The total area of the proposed rooftop extension to Kevin O’Malley House is approximately 800m2.The scope of works for this contract includes, but is not limited to, the relocation of all Water Services plant and equipment, Heating Boiler plant and equipment from roof level to the basement together with new break and fire hose reel tanks, new general water services, decommissioning the boiler, new LPHW pipework, and all necessary builders work to include demolition and removal of plant room, bases etc at roof level.
