Tender description
Improvement and maintenance work to houses for Monaghan Local Authorities and other small construction and maintenance contracts. The contracts may include work for all trades, improving insulation and other measures to improve Building Energy Ratings of houses and supply and installation kitchens, boilers, ventilation and other improvement work. The small construction contracts may include the construction of three houses and may include the construction of extensions to a small number of houses and other small items of work. All of the work depends on money being available and there is no guarantee that all the work proposed will be funded however some maintenance and improvement work will definitely be funded.
