Contractors to note this is a 2no. phase project. The second phase will not be starting directly after the first phase, and therefore the contractor will have to remove completely off site until the second phase commences.The development will consist of 2 No. proposed extensions to existing school comprising of (1) extending 3 No. existing classrooms to the rear, (2) erection of 1 No. new classroom to the front with dormer resource room above. The existing girl’s toilet block will be demolished and new toilets installed internally to the existing classrooms to be extended. The development also includes some minor internal alterations, new external canopy to rear, together with a new rising main connection to existing main foul sewer line and all associated site works.
