Tender description
The contract involves the treatment and control of pests, namely rats & mice, throughout the entire campus comprising 39,500 sq metres of floor space set on grounds of 68 acres. The successful contractor will visit the site on a regular basis to provide the baiting necessary to control the pests. Occasional call-outs to deal with reports of specific pest activity will be required as part of this contract. A record of any baiting used will be kept in the estates office and will be updated after each visit. All bait points shall be marked on the site map included in this document and the detailed floor plans given to the successful contractor.
