RFP For Cultural Diversity Adviser

The Arts Council now wishes to appoint a Cultural Diversity Adviser who will meet the needs of the organisation both from a quality and service delivery perspective. The advice sought is to cover five main areas of work:i. Policy – internal focus (12 days*)ii. Appraisal and assessment of funding applications and advice on assessment process – internal focus (3 days)iii. Addressing challenges observed in the arts sector – external focus (5 days)iv. Addressing challenges observed among minority ethnic or cultural individuals/ groups with little or no experience of professional arts practice – external focus (5 days)v. Addressing challenges observed among arts practitioners from minority ethnic or cultural groups – external focus (5 days)*The number of days listed are based on a 12 month period.
