Tender description
Donegal County Council (DCC) are separately progressing two Pavement and Minor Improvement projects on national roads in Donegal; N15 Blackburn Bridge (Phase 1) and N56 Coolboy to Kilmacrennan. DCC have procured a valuation Consultant to provide land and property services necessary for the acquisition of the lands included in the in the CPOs. These services include, but are not limited to, all land and property valuation services, assessment of claims submitted in response to Notice to Treat, negotiation & settlement of claims, assessment & arbitration services. Appointment of Land Valuation Services for one or both projects is dependent on the service of the Notice to Treat.
