Extension & Refurbishment of 1970 Building, Block (B); Phase 1

Tender description

This contract is for the localised refurbishment internally and façade / roof upgrade externally of Block B on the IT Sligo campus and for the construction of a new 150 space car park and associated site works on an adjacent site located off the Clarion Road. Works include partial demolition internally, construction / refurbishment within the existing buildings, the construction of a 280sqm new 2 storey building within an existing external courtyard, over-cladding the existing east elevation to the 1970's Building, window replacement and replacement of the exsiting flat roof finish, with the temporary removal and replacement of all roof-mounted plant. External works include site works and upgrading of site lighting.
