CIB reports on client information from a wide spectrum – namely information, advice, advocacy, money advice and budgeting services. It is essential that client data captured, regardless of the mechanism, is standardised across the various service delivery and support systems to ensure quality of information and consistency, increasing business intelligence capabilities and in turn improving information and knowledge management within the organisation. The service delivery systems must also continue to support the evolving business needs of the organisation.CIB is therefore seeking consultative services in the following areas:1. Strategic planning services2. Business analysis and design servicesThe result will be the delivery of a) an organisation wide data strategy and b) functional specification and technical design for additional functionality on the service delivery systems based on current business requirements and in the context of the new data strategy.
