Tender description
The Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the following works: General improvements to Tilgate Parade, to include - new parking arrangements, hard and soft landscaping, removal of walls and installation of street furniture, automated toilet and CCTV. There could be some diversionary works to existnig services, some of which will be undertaken by the statutory undertaker during the main scheme construction and will require some excavation and some reinstatement works by the Contractor.
