Tender description

Construction of a circa 114 sq M, 5.5M high single storey seed drying, processing, storage and packing facility with a 28 sq M loading area and 74 sq M glazed solar drying facility including all site works, excavation and disposal, rock faced retaining wall and a gravel finished yard. The building design is semi passive, low carbon footprint. The construction to be sustainably, locally sourced and ecologically sound as indicated in the tender package.The Tender package will be 'Plan and specification' and the contractors shall provide a fully priced bill of quantities.The form of contract will be RIAI with quantities.
