Tender description

This Contract will cover the civil and building work required for the proposed realigned access road, T-junction entrance to car park, car park, pedestrian access steps and all associated works.- Upgrade of Upper Level Car Park to accommodate 172 No. spaces. Works include kerbing, surface water drainage, lighting ducts and light standards, excavation along one boundary of the car park, grading of existing surface, surface dressing, road markings, landscaping and fencing.- T-Junction Entrance to Car park with the access road to the college realigned at the proposed junction. The T-Junction will incorporate a kerbed island commencing at the crest of the hill approaching the college and will extend to the entrance of the upgraded upper level car park.- Pedestrian Access pathway between proposed upgraded upper level car park and the existing main car park.- Erection of crash barriers at the T-Junction and along the southern boundary of the proposed upgraded car park as indicated on the drawings.- Erection of crash barriers and construction of containment kerbing along access road from entrance to the campus to the proposed T-Junction.- Disabled Car Parking Signage and Road Markings throughout college campus.
