The establishment of a Framework Agreement for Works Contractors for Capital Works Projects.The Works consist of minor civil engineering works in the Ballymun Regeneration Area to be carried out between 2011 and 2014. The works generally will comprise minor road works, drainage works, utility works and hard landscaping works
