Tender description
The aim of the programme will be to work closely with a number of festivals including groups already trained by Louth Leader Partnership and help set up a Louth Festival Network. Provide them with mentoring and capacity building to enable them to further develop their own festivals, to work collectively with each other on items including marketing and linkage and help each festival to develop their own identity. A further aim would be to link with other festivals within the county, nationally and internationally.
