single-party framework agreement for the Supply of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based Services

Tender description

Pobal require a supplier of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based Services in order to reconfigure, optimise and build upon the existing implementation. It is expected that the work will comprise the elements listed below:- Reconfiguring current system set up to match requirements of new FrameworkRequires a prototyping exercise, database restructuring, changes to configuration of the system, system platform upgrade, custom coding, data migration and validation. It is expected that some LDCs will be involved in this phase.- CRM Upgrade and Sharepoint ConfigurationFor the existing implementation to play a role in acting as a potential evaluation repository there is a need to enhance the data storage capabilities of the system by creating additional online documentation holding capacity which will allow for workflow management, greater documentation analysis and responses. It is recommended that the CRM system be upgraded to CRM 2011 (Licenses costs are covered under Microsoft Software Assurance). SharePoint enables the sharing of information with others, management of documents from start to finish, and the publishing of reports. SharePoint assists with the transfer of information to help everyone make better decisions and respond quicker to changing business needs. This will enable Pobal to be able to generate/suggest templates for case studies, mid/end of year reports and beneficiary satisfaction surveys. We would also like to be able to manage and oversee the undertaking of survey/s case studies & questionnaires. There may also be scope to expand the facility to support data from other applications such as SurveyMonkey.com which Pobal already uses.
