Tourism Ireland wishes to establish a framework of suppliers who will design and deliver training and development solutions primarily aimed at management level. Customised training and development and support in some or all of the areas indicated will be required using a mix of innovative and blended learning solutions as appropriate. The objective is to build the capability of Tourism Ireland’s management team to ensure that the organisation continues to be fit for purpose and that it can deliver on its strategic goals and tourism targets for the island of Ireland.The requirements are divided into four [4] lots.Lot 1 – Ref TI1: Succession Planning and Talent DevelopmentLot 2 – Ref TI2: Training: Coaching and Feedback Skills for ManagersLot 3 – Ref TI3: Training: Relationship Management/Personal Influence and Impact, Negotiation SkillsLot 4 – Ref TI4: Training: HRM Skills for ManagersAt least 3 suppliers will be admitted to each Lot [based on the quality of proposals received]. The contract will be awarded on the basis of framework agreements for each Lot. Thereafter mini competitions will be held with some or all of the parties awarded to the relevant Lots as projects arise.
