Refurbishment of Dundrum Courthouse (108m2), which is a protected structure. Works include -- the insertion of a new mezzanine floor (area 50m2) in the main courthouse room- part replacement/refurbishment of the existing windows and doors.- General refurbishment of the courthouse (area 108m2) building including lowering the level (by 200mm) of the courtroom floor and- re-opening the original door connecting the courtroom and Garda Station.Repair works to roofExternal works including new vehicular entrance off public roadStonework restoration
