Individual expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified consultant Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Building Services (M&E) Engineers and Civil/Structural Engineers who wish to be considered for inclusion on a design team to oversee a building development project at Gael Scoil Philib Barún, Tramore, County Waterford.The Client for this project is the Department of Education & SkillsThe project entails the construction of a new 8 classroom school of approximately 1,400m2 with the potential of being developed to a twelve classroom school plus associated site works, along with the removal of the existing prefabs (some purchased, some rented) will be part of the works contract.Project specific documents are attached at item 5.2 Additional Documents
