TYPE 1 PROJECTBay 142 Shannon Free Zone is a c14,000 sq. ft Industrial Building with office accommodation. The building was constructed c 1986 and extended c 1995. The building is presently vacant and in need of miscellaneous upgrade works to make it available for reletting.Works required -Building - Miscellaneous building repairs, renewal of floor coverings and internal decoration.Services - Mechanical & Electrical services requires some works to bring them in line with present day standards which will include retesting and commissioning of both services, throughout.The mechanical works will include the replacement of the heating boiler and associated equipment.
