Provision of Insurance Advice

Tender description

ORR is looking to for a supplier to: • Provide prompt and authoritative insurance advice, in a clear and concise format suitable for non-insurance experts. • Appreciate the importance of providing authoritative and full advice in relation to TPLI and the exercising of ORR’s licensing functions. • Review and advise on the adequacy of existing and prospective licence holders’ TPLI arrangements, and whether they comply with our published guidance. • Advise on the implications of any major industry proposals that may affect ORR’s guidance on TPLI and general approvals. • Support ORR, as required, at meetings with representatives from the insurance industry or licence/licence exemption holders. • Advise ORR on any other issues in relation to general insurance matters.
