As a commercial semi state body HRI is required to have a properly constituted Internal Audit function or to engage appropriate external expertise which should operate in accordance with the Framework Code of Best practice which can be referred to herehttp://www.finance.gov.ie/documents/guidelines/codepractstatebod09.pdfHRI is now seeking an outsourced Internal Audit function which has sufficient experience and expertise to deal with the diverse aspects of HRI and its principal subsidiaries.This for example will encompass, but is not limited to:1) a significant number of technical audits (financial and non financial)as well as2) governance3) control and processes
